Called their 800 to add a user (can't do that online). I was put on hold, which I expected, but not for 45 minutes on speaker while I drove to another town. Their recorded message stated over and over and over that my call was "important to them". Uh... yeah. At least I don't need to an a new user, as their card has now been introduced to my shredder.
