Dishonest about repairs needed and condition of car after paid inspection.
I took my car in for matainenece and upgrade and over 6 months paid over $2900 only to find out by car dealer that the car was rusted underneath and was about to separate from the frame.
I asked if this was detectable and they said this couldn't be missed.
Firestone servicemen knew about the rusted cassy and didn't tell me so that they could rack up repair charges until the car fell apart. I wish I could sue them but when my bill is paid off, I'm relinquishing my firestone card.
I want nothing more to do with them.
